Shipping rates
- Subscriptions: free shipping on every delivery.
- Orders of $50 or more: free standard shipping. This includes both of our bundles (Buy 2 Get 1 Free and Buy 3 Get 2 Free).
- Orders under $50: $1.99 standard shipping.
Your shipping cost is always shown at checkout before you pay.
Delivery times
Most orders arrive within 5–10 business days of being placed. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Delivery can occasionally take longer during peak periods or because of carrier delays outside our control.
Where we ship
We currently ship to addresses in the United States.
Tracking your order
When your order ships, we'll email you a tracking link so you can follow it to your door.
Subscription deliveries
Each subscription pouch ships automatically on your chosen schedule (every 4 or 8 weeks). You can pause, skip or cancel before your next billing date. See our Subscription Policy.
Lost, late or damaged parcels
If your tracking hasn't updated for 7 business days, your parcel shows as delivered but hasn't arrived, or it arrives damaged, email us at hybellesupport@gmail.com with your order number and we'll sort it out. We'll send a replacement or refund you. Please double-check your shipping address at checkout, as we can't be responsible for parcels sent to an address entered incorrectly.
